How forms are processed
Our forms are handled by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. When you submit a form, your details are sent to Formspree and then delivered to our team by email. Formspree's own privacy practices govern how they handle data in transit — see Formspree's privacy policy for details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source. This is aggregate, non-identifying usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can opt out using your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, which we don't control. We use WhatsApp messages you send us to respond to your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries, prepare audits or proposals, and — if you opt into the newsletter — to send periodic emails about automation and local SEO. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To request that we delete information you've submitted through a form, email us at hello@noobdev.tech and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
