This website and its content are provided by Noob{Dev} Technologies for informational purposes about our services. You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping it at scale, attempting to breach its security, or reproducing its content without permission.

Service engagements

Specific scope, timeline, and pricing for any project (website, lead generation, or automation work) are agreed separately in writing after a free audit — the service descriptions on this site are illustrative, not a binding quote. A project begins only once both parties agree on scope and terms.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, ad performance, or revenue outcomes. Case studies and metrics shown on this site reflect results for the named client at the time reported and are not a promise of similar results for any other business.

Intellectual property

Deliverables built for a client (website code, designs, automation workflows) transfer to that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the project contract. Noob{Dev} retains the right to reference completed work, including screenshots and result summaries, in our own portfolio and marketing unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools

Where we set up or recommend third-party tools (hosting, CRMs, automation platforms, ad accounts), your use of those tools is also governed by that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Noob{Dev} Technologies' liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the courts having jurisdiction over Delhi NCR.
